Quality Certification

ISO_9001_COLAll Assirecre Group companies have obtained the Quality Certification UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 as of May 2010 and then UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 as of March 2018.

This certification is the result of attentive verifications conducted by DNV GL experts, who have established the companies’ compliance with all the requirements for the standards for quality management systems, in relation to corporate claims management processes characterised by a high technical level.

This is a major achievement, the result of a group effort carried out with professionalism by the many collaborators who have worked with great commitment to the development of the procedures and rules aimed at improving the efficiency, speed and quality of the services offered.

For all members of the Assirecre Group, the achievement of the ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications is an important “milestone”, because it attests to the quality of services provided, forming part of a continuous process improvement of the business operations on behalf of its clients: Insurance companies, public and private companies and public entities.

Considering that the quality of our services is primarily created by the competence and dedication of our employees themselves, this certification should not be seen as an end in itself but rather a starting point for further improving and enhancing the company’s performance, through carefully planned strategies taking into account newly arising needs of customers and the market.

The certification covers all processes of the management of third party damages claims and information services, namely:

  • Design of management software and web portals dedicated to customers and clients.
  • Management of prevention campaigns for specific groups of patients.
  • Management by third parties of claims and information services in the field of health.
  • Creation and management of health facility networks agreed upon for the direct payment.
  • Organisation and management of health operations centres.
  • Organisation and management for the verification, settlement and payment of practices of the reimbursement of medical expenses, directly and indirectly.
  • General liability claims management.
  • Professional liability claims management (Professional Indemnity).
  • Medical malpractice claims management.
